Hi….It’s Paps Here!

I thought I would take the opportunity to introduce myself and explain my role in Jam Jam’s Kitchen. I used to be called “the commie chef” but have since been demoted to kitchen porter (as Jam didn’t like having the word ‘Chef’ anywhere in my title)!

As the porter, I am responsible for general ‘dog’s body’ tasks such as knife sharpening, reaching things from the shelves and vacuum sealing left-overs. I am also asked to be the ‘taste-tester’ but constructive comments like ‘needs more seasoning’ are actively discouraged!

In addition to the above, I am also the ‘director in charge of freezer management.’

Anyway, I am mad about gadgets…so I will be sharing things I really like and some of the stuff I have bought that wasn’t so good.

With any of our posts, it is always really great to get any comments you may have – the good & the bad.
