A little bit about this recipe…..
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 0 mins | Serves: 8 | Cost: £ 2
Back in the day when we used to have takeaways……we would sometimes order a pizza for delivery from a very well known pizza chain (but only if we had a money off voucher!) The pizza would arrive with a pot of garlic and herb dip in the corner of the box. That’s what gave me the idea for this dip. I use this with many things such as (obviously) pizza, my crispy chicken wrap recipe or just as a dip with crisps. You can add some chopped anchovy and grated parmesan and it makes a super caesar salad dressing.
Ingredients
- 100g mayonnaise
- 100g soured cream
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
Method
Simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl! Taste check and adjust accordingly.
Blags, Tips & Tricks
- If I am making this, I adjust the quantities depending on how much soured cream I have in the fridge that needs using.
