I love this plate of food! Crispy chilli beef was always one of my favourite dishes, back in the day when we ordered takeaway! I made this one with venison simply because we have so much of it but a cheap cut of beef will fit the bill here. I did this with a basic stir-fry, but it works really well with fried or plain boiled rice.
This will freeze BUT it won’t be crispy when you re-heat it.
