Got leftover turkey and gammon in the freezer? Here’s how to turn them into a comforting pie – with a clever mash and pastry blag on top!

The main blag here is that I had some pastry leftover from a chicken pie I made for the Gremmos as they prefer the filling to the ‘wrapping!’ As usual, not wanting to waste this – I bagged it and froze this as well. Today’s pie topping is going to be mash and pastry mixed together. Simply make your mash, chop the pastry into small pieces and mix together. Lovely.
