This is a real family favourite – in fact, Paps says he prefers this to the actual roast itself (which is hurtful)! I have been making this for over 20 years and I think it’s the best thing to do with leftover pork.
I served this with some homemade egg fried rice that I had in the fridge (works well with normal boiled rice) along with some poppadums (that I got him to make).
A true “Banger.”
